Introduction of EKSA
EKSA was first introduced by MAMPU in January 2014. It is a re-branding of the 5S Public Sector Practice. Five (5) new elements introduced are;
- Corporate image
- Creative and innovation
- Green practice
- Conducive environment
- Diversity of Agency
Purpose
EKSA is seen as a program that promotes the department / faculty / center / institute / unit to be more creative and innovative in order to create an appropriate working environment and to enhance productivity and quality of service delivery.
EKSA can be implemented in a structured way through the governance creation and management actions that include the following:

- Establishing Executive Committee of EKSA and implementation of clear action plan
- Establishing the clear of sector / workplace zones
- Hold a training program
- To launch EKSA departments / agencies
